The Admissions Advisor is an exciting position for an energetic, goal-oriented individual who is passionate about education and helping students succeed.

Everspring partners with highly-ranked non-profit universities all across the country -- public and private universities you would know and respect.Our Admissions team is focused on positively impacting the lives of rising online students. This team is committed to building high-impact relationships in order to guide and assist students through our University partner’s enrollment process. We represent graduate-level programs (mostly master's degree-granting programs) that allow already successful people to further advance their careers.

As Admissions Advisor, you will be the voice of a designated university partner and represent the university with the highest ethics as he/she works with online students to enroll and build their successful educational journey. You'll work in a team environment with colleagues who support each other. You'll reinforce a high quality, end-to-end learner experience.

This position is located in the Chicago Loop near CTA, Ogilvie Transportation Center and Union Station.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with potential online students via phone, chat and/or email
  • Advise students using a consultative method while building trust and rapport
  • Assist and guide online students through the admission process to help determine if a program is the right fit
  • Achieve daily metrics, such as call volume and talk-time to pipeline management, as determined by the Director of Admissions
  • Manage and update student database tool to help track student progress through the admissions process
  • Track and monitor student movement through the online application process and guide them to meet specific deadlines
  • Provide accurate forecasting data to the Director of Admissions
  • Maintain weekly communication with potential student to keep them engaged and aware of their responsibilities during the application process
  • Guide accepted student through the student orientation process

Schedule:

  • Your Schedule will be Monday-Friday with a combination of 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm AND 10am-7pm shifts. Your schedule will be set upon hire based on the needs (and time zone) of the partner and will not vary week-to-week.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of consultative sales, customer service or recruiting experience in an online environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

Position

As part of this team, the Client Engagement Manager supports all operations associated with our partners: collaborate with internal teams to support operations, support service delivery for our partners, build trusting relationships, build efficiency and effective responsiveness, and address needs before they arise. This role reports to the EVP of Client Engagement and is located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and develop relationships with key client contacts while helping ensure that Everspring is successfully delivering on its contracts, expectations, and commitments
  • Manage a priority que of deliverables needed across the organization utilizing deep account knowledge and client expectations at multiple levels on the client side
  • Organize the internal matrix of client engagement organizational tasks into actionable plans

  • Track and maintain the client engagement priority list on behalf of the team
  • Partner with the leadership team to generate the Client Status meeting agenda
  • Continually acquires knowledge of our partners, solutions and industry
  • Track and report on client engagement operations
  • Field and respond to inquiries and questions from the team about customer issues and internal processes
  • Assist in the tracking and reporting of performance metrics on the accounts assigned to the manager

Requirements:

The Sales Marketing Manager will be the ambassador of the Everspring brand with specific responsibilities for producing marketing materials that will help the Sales team both directly and indirectly through presentations, collateral, competitor research, social media, and other activities.

In this role, you would report to the SVP of Marketing and would work closely with the larger marketing team, Sales team, and Executive team. Everspring provides services that support online education programs for well-known and highly respected traditional universities.

This position is located in the Chicago Loop near Ogilvie and Union Stations

Responsibilities:

  • Create presentation and collateral templates for use to market Everspring
  • Support the Everspring Sales team:
  • Create custom presentations and other materials for specific target clients and pitches
  • Coordinate efforts for RFP responses that involve Sales, Finance, and leadership team. Ensure result is a great-looking representation of Everspring.
  • Research the market and competitors to help identify market segments and make recommendations as to how to market to those segments
  • Develop compelling brand messaging for Everspring, product offerings, and different market segments
  • Work with the Analytics team to identify and incorporate data that tells a compelling story to our prospective clients
  • Develop presentation and collateral templates
  • Make recommendations and manage implementations of improvements and/or changes to the Everspring web site
  • Manage and bolster the Everspring social media presences (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter)
  • Identify data baselines for marketing activities to assess the level of success of marketing activities then track and report results
  • Other projects related to supporting the Sales team, Everspring brand, or Marketing team as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field is required
  • 4+ years’ in a business-to-business marketing role
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of projects and work without close supervision
  • Experience in working with others to develop compelling messaging that is effective in convincing others
  • Experience working directly with salespeople is highly desired
  • Ability to advocate for your own ideas to improve Everspring’s market presence
  • Be savvy with incorporating data to help tell the Everspring success story
  • Very good writing skills

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with stakeholders at prospective universities to create, implement and sell Everspring solutions
  • Develop and execute a contact management strategy and sales presentations that effectively produce opportunities at top prospective partners
  • Create and implement sales solutions to drive business growth within Everspring’s target market of elite nationally and regionally ranked universities
  • Lead effective and compelling conversations across all levels of prospective university partners to communicate Everspring’s value
  • Engage university stakeholders (Provosts, Deans, Associate Deans, etc.) in problem solving to overcome internal hurdles and keep pipeline moving forward
  • Operate as a sales leader to build and manage a healthy pipeline in order to exceed quota
  • Act as a quarterback to internal teams at Everspring and with the university to explore and identify the best solution offerings and scope of services
  • Communicate proactively with internal leadership at each phase of the sales process, up to and including solution implementation handoff to ensure a seamless experience for our University partners
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Everspring’s customized and value-based solutions
  • Regular travel expected and dependent on potential sales opportunities. Occasional travel to Chicago headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of sales experience with substantial recent experience in higher education; product and/or software sales experience preferred. Bonus points for experience working in enterprise sales or in a start-up environment
  • Thrive in highly complex sales cycles and team-based selling environments
  • Demonstrated success in developing complex services relationships:
    • Ability to cultivate relationships from the earliest stages
    • Excellent sales strategy and selling skills operating in a large scale, complex sales environment
    • Proven experience in building and developing senior client relationships
